- Hand wash only in cold water with a gentle dabbing motion.
- Use a mild detergent only.
- Do not machine wash, spin, wring, or tumble dry.
- Lay flat to dry in the shade.
- Store folded and wrapped in brown paper or old newspaper. Do not hang.
Shipping & Return Policy
We charge a flat shipping fee of Rs. 350 across Pakistan. As each piece is handmade, orders are delivered within 10–14 business days. You will receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not offer returns or refunds. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and photos, and we'll be happy to assist you.
